One Day Watercolour Painting Course

Free your creativity and explore adventures with colour, flow, mixing media and self expression in this exciting watercolour painting workshop, which could also be part of a painting holiday in Norfolk! Experiment with new ways of creating textures and mixing media using gouache, ink, collage, watercolour crayons, oil pastels, collage, resist and wax!

By the end of the day you will have a 'toolbox' of exciting new creative watercolour painting techniques to take home and explore.

In this small friendly art group of no more than 4 students, you will have plenty of demonstrations and one-to-one encouraging watercolour painting tuition with artist and art teacher Zangmo Alexander.

You can either bring your own starting points eg a watercolour study, drawing, object or photo, or choose to work freely 'in the moment' on the day. You can discuss options with Zangmo when booking your place.

This is not a beginners watercolour painting workshop - you need to have some skills in using gradated washes and colour mixing. An open mind and a playful attitude also help!
